Love Thy Enemy is Red Stone Security Series book number 13. Who ever said 13 is an unlucky number certainly never read a Katie Reus book. As always, this is a stand-alone novel, but it is always better if you have read the other books in the series as other characters tend to pop up.
In Love Thy Neighbor, we find Dominique, a woman who lost everything as a teenager and blames it all on two men. Viktor Ivanov and his father. Viktor sees Dominique at a party and doesn’t quite understand why she looks at him with such venom in her eyes, but he is determined to find out.
Dominique ends up learning a few things about the past, and finds herself working with Viktor to find out what happened to a friend. Sparks fly, and they end up together, but someone targets Dom for her association with Viktor. Will he figure it all out?
I loved, loved, loved this book! As always Katie sucks you right into the storyline right from the beginning and it doesn’t let go. Her storytelling makes the suspense a nail biter, and you truly worry if it will all work out in the end. A definite keeper!
